CH32V203 series are 32-bit RISC core MCUs based on the RISC-V instruction set architecture (ISA), with 144MHz operating frequency, and built-in high-speed memory. It has multiple buses working synchronously, and provides a wealth of peripheral functions and enhanced I/O ports. This series of products has built-in 2 12 bit ADC modules, multiple timers, multi-channel capacitance touch key detection (TKey) and other functions. It also contains standard and dedicated communication interfaces: I²C, SPI, USART, CAN controller, USB2.0 full speed host/device controller, USB2.0 full-speed device controller, etc. The rated working voltage of the product is 3.3V, and the working temperature range is -40℃～85℃ in industrial grade. It supports several power-saving operating modes to meet the product's low-power application requirements. The CH9141 is a chip realizing bidirectional transparent transmission between Bluetooth® low energy (BLE) and UART, supporting broadcast mode, host mode and slave mode, BLE4.2. It supports serial AT configuration and BLE communication configuration in slave mode and MODEM contact signal. The chip provides universal GPIO, synchronous GPIO and ADC acquisition functions, with the baud rate of UART up to 1Mbps. In the BLE slave mode, parameters such as BLE name and manufacturer information can be set, which can be easily configured through APP or serial port commands, which is convenient and fast.

CH340C can be switched from TNOW to DTR# by adding a 4.7KΩ pull-down resistor to pin 8# if the lot number starts with 4 and the last 3 bits are greater than B40.

The CH32V305/7 is an interconnectivity MCUs based on 32-bit RISC-V core, with hardware stack area and fast interrupt entry. Compared with standard RISC-V, the interrupt response speed is greatly improved. With single-precision float point instruction sets added and stack area extended, the CH32V305/7 features higher performance, the number of UARTs is extended to 8, and the number of motor timers is extended to 4.
